Overall Customer Feedback: 1. A typical Walmart, gets quite busy during weekends and evenings 2. One Walmart for all. usually in stock for all items. Over 60% employees don't speak English.3. standard walmart4. I happen to go to this grocery shop more frequently than ever before. They have improved the organization of the clothing. The presentation of the produce is also improving.5. Western union service is always offline not temporary I hope you cancel this service from this branch6. I had a pick up of my online order on Saturday 28th March at 8.20 am after long time, usually I buy in Superstore. I wish I have never ordered from Walmart. My online order was messed up. Totally different items were brought. Thank God I was helping a delivery guy to put items in trunk so I realized the order is messed up and wrong items were brought. He also brought the items I never ordered and weren’t in my order. Unbleached flour instead original, beets sold in single instead in bunch, sunflower seeds instead of pumpkin seeds, I don’t eat/use any of this product ever nor buy them. Bubble gums I never ordered were also brought. I left all this items in his box and he said he will proceed the return. - picture of items. I didn’t get any information or confirmation of return so I called customer service and they said that refund is not processed and they will proceed with refund. Now I am curious if I will get a refund or not. Customer service is awful at this store- no empathy no kindness and to reach someone it took me 10 times to call before someone finally picked up the phone! Also, when I came home- realized I’ve been given radishes in bag instead in bunch. Also I got a totally different potatoes from the one I ordered - I wish I saw this earlier. Also, I am missing green onions although I’ve been charged for it! I have to say I didn’t choose the substitution when placing my order!!! Very bad experience with online ordering and picking up so I will never again buy in Walmart. Going back to Superstore because I have never had any issues there!9. Today I was scanning out at self check out and had a terrible experience. One of the staff members approached me and told me I didn’t scan all my items. The item she was referring to was in my hand and I was about to scan it. I know they are making sure people don’t steal but she didn’t have to come up to me and approach me in such a RUDE way. I’m a young girl in my twenties coming from my 9-5 job to buy groceries. My bill was already over 100 dollars… I wasn’t stealing and it was obvious. Just really upset me the way she approached me like I was some sort of criminal for doing absolutely NOTHING. I never have stolen and this really really upset me They seriously need to work on having better manners for customers supporting your store and helping you maintain a steady job. I work in customer service and would never get away or talk to anyone like that. I’m done shopping here plain and simple.10. Tonight I was looking to buy a baby soap a lady her name was elahe helped me Thank you11. Tonight I went to buy a cream so a lady name was Elahe helped me to choose good one .she is an amazing and good helper12. Fresh choices in veggies and bread areas13. Really nice customer service. Highly recommend the person in customer service and returns team. Thank you14. I love going to this location. Definitely has some interesting characters. Might not be their responsibility, as they are located in a mall, but there's always someone smoking beside the entrance. Your front door LP/security should be asking them to leave.15.
